1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Network Infrastructure Trainer mobile application ("NIA," the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy and End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
2. Who We Are

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
4. Licence to Use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your own non-commercial training and educational use. Full licence terms are set out in the EULA.
5. Purchases
NIA is a paid app: you buy it once through the Apple App Store or Google Play and own that copy — there are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no recurring charges. The price is shown in the store before you buy, and all payment and billing is handled by the app store, not by us.
Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy and the app store's own policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content
- Use the App to break the law or infringe the rights of others
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
7. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer
Important: NIA is an educational training and self-assessment tool. Its content is provided for learning and awareness purposes only and does not constitute professional, security, or certification advice. Completing the App does not confer any official qualification or certification. Always follow your organisation's own policies and seek qualified professional guidance for real-world decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its content, design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Dumitru Vasiliu or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
9. Availability & Changes
We aim to keep the App available and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
