1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made in the Network Infrastructure Trainer app ("NIA," the "App"). We want you to be happy with the App, so if something has gone wrong, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help.

2. Purchases Go Through the App Stores

The fastest way to get a refund is to request it directly from the store you purchased through, using the steps below.

3. Requesting a Refund — Apple App Store

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
  • Select the NIA purchase
  • Choose a reason and submit your request to Apple

You can also request a refund from your iPhone or iPad via Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History.

4. Requesting a Refund — Google Play

  • Open play.google.com/store/account or the Google Play Store app
  • Find the NIA purchase in your order history
  • Select Report a problem / Request a refund and follow the prompts

5. One-Time Purchase

NIA is a one-time purchase — you pay once to download the app. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no in-app purchases, so there is nothing to cancel.

6. Your Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have legal rights regarding faulty digital products under laws such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where digital content is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. This policy does not limit those rights.

Note that by starting to use downloadable digital content immediately, you may waive the standard 14-day "cooling-off" cancellation right — this is required by the app stores at the point of purchase.

7. If You Need Help

If the App isn't working as it should, or a store refund has been declined and you believe it shouldn't have been, contact us and we'll try to help or advocate on your behalf with the store where appropriate.
